Let me start off by saying what a marvelous job your company has done in caring for our cooling tower. In the five years I have been supervisor, I have never had to worry once about whether the cooling tower was being properly cared for.

I want to offer my compliments to the work that your service technician has done over the past two years here. Not only has he provided outstanding service on a regular basis, but his ongoing conscience efforts to maintain the cooling tower and domestic water system have brought compliments to my attention from our pump service and air-conditioning service companies.

Your technician has kept our on site maintenance man well informed and up to date on any concerns that he may have with regard to the systems. It has been a pleasure to have him as our service technician and hopefully we will continue this relationship for some time to come.

I just wanted to thank you for the good work your company is doing. Our mechanical contractor has just completed an annual on our chillers and once again he commented on how clean the tubes looked. I am looking forward to the online reports which I hear are coming.

We had a contractor rebuild a condenser pump at the data center. While the pump was apart I checked the inlet strainer and it was spotless. The pump housing was also spotless. Just letting you know that the water treatment is great, keep up the good work.

I have to admit that I was impressed on both projects by your on time responses, the quality of your water treatment, your professional paperwork and especially your customer service.

With most water treatment companies you see them twice, once to drop off chemical and once to take the sample, then it is adios amigos see you on the next one. In your case you stay with the job and see it through to the very end.

Just completed our annual chiller inspections and wanted to let you know the condenser tubes looked great. The mechanical contractor who punched the tubes also commented on the condition of the tubes and stated you are doing a great job with the water treatment.
