RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep Customer's equipment and processes at world-class standard
- Troubleshoot and take corrective action on Customer's equipment
- Ensure that each Customer is a satisfied Customer
- Maintain effective communications with each Customer
- Communicate to our Management on the state of each Customer
- Maintain a safe environment both at the Customer's site and in our workplace
- Stay abreast of changing water treatment technology
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Knowledge of water treatment principles
- Knowledge of water treatment equipment and a good mechanical aptitude
- G.E.D. or high school diploma
- Knowledge of problem solving
- Knowledge of the quality process
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
- Must be able to work 50' off the ground
- Correct safety problems ASAP
- Perform water analysis
- Take corrective action based on results
- Deliver chemicals that are needed by Customer
- Prepare report on finding
- Communicate results to both Customer's management and ours
- Maintain our equipment, warehouse and vehicle
- Participate in training as required
- Attend Company meetings as required
- Drive safely
- Completion of some chemistry courses beyond high school
- Experience in the water treatment industry
- Use word processing (Word preferred) and spreadsheets (Excel preferred) routinely
- Use Internet as part of the problem-solving process
- Fluent in Spanish
- Participation in water treatment trade associations
